Striped dress top

A cream ivory top with maroon and black stripes it has a little puff to the sleeve and ties at the end of the sleeve to give a cute bow. Cinches in at the bottom with a more ruffle detail. The buttons are like a tortoise shell color. I got this from Dry Goods
