25th_elm @sunbursthancock your right this dress def does fit tightly in the busy area but flares out from there a bit. The shoulders are 12 inches and arm is about 16 hope that helps! Hope you are doing well!

25th_elm @lvmcallister I'm about 5'7 with average size shoulder and 34c bust. When I tried it on it is a bit tighter in the shoulders. The medium is looser in the shoulders but the bust still fits well. So I'm thinking you might be happier with the medium. Just a note that may help you decide- I allow exchanges on ites that don't fit as wanted as long as the buyer can handle the shipping. I hope that helps!❤️❤️
