livianna @alysy637 In my opinion, the bust runs quite small though it has a decent amount of give. The small is 11" armpit to armpit while laying flat and 13.5" fully stretched out. In comparison, the medium is 11.5" armpit to armpit while laying flat and almost 14" fully extended. .

livianna @alysy637 The small's elastic waist is 10.5" and about 13.5" when stretched. The medium's waist is 11" laying flat and about 13.5" extended. From the armpit to the inside hem is 24" and it's 48" to the outside hem for the small vs. the medium with 26" to the inside hem and 49" to the hem of the sheer outside (from the armpit).

livianna @cashmere In my opinion, it theoretically could fit a C cup but it does run small so depending on your measurements I might recommend a medium (as I did above for a 34C). The small is 11" armpit to armpit while laying flat and 13.5" fully stretched out. In comparison, the medium is 11.5" armpit to armpit while laying flat and almost 14" fully extended.

The elastic waist is 11.5" laid flat and 15" when fully extended. The hips were tough to measure but I believe they were 22" laying flat. The length from the armpit to the inside hem is 25" and it's 50" to the outside hem. The fabric is 100% polyester.
