It is part of a collection or a line called the Quadrum Collection. This is a puffy gold vermeil heart with a swirl design. It is handcrafted and is richly coated in 14K gold. It measures 2 1/2" wide and 2" high. It does have surface scratches, but can only be seen when viewing closely. The scratches and dings seem to enhance the crazy way the vermeil and roundness of the design reflect light, While this unique relationship with light is super cool in person, it is making photographing it difficult.
