Poshmark sends those reminders automatically, so there is no real force behind them - just an annoyance when there is a reason you can't get to the post office! It happens often that people don't even accept their package (I'd say about 1 in 3!) - and you are absolutely correct, Poshmark is set up that on the fourth day after delivery is made the money is automatically released to the seller.
