elikueva @fancyfriend, thank you! Yes, these look great. I have Stella McCartney sneakers and sandas in different styles. Some of them are in size 37, but others are in size 37,5 and even 38, because they fit differently. I think you are right saying that this style is more likely to fit size 7, this toe might be a bit narrow for me. To be on a safe side I think I might need to look for size 8 instead.
