divineduchess @mrsmadariaga sure. Whoever has listed the most items that weeks wins for the week and gets 10 extra shares from each person in the group every day the following week. I am open to other options for the winner. I just knew I didn't want to do it that way and the response has been good. I took it over just a couple weeks ago. The most we have had is about 70 new listings in one week. Last week the winner had 33. It depends on the week.

divineduchess @matana you may join one day or all days. Whatever you prefer. The way to find "just in" is on the sort tab. It defaults to "best match" but there is a drop down menu. Change it to just in and it will reorder the closet with the most recent listings first. I will tag you in today's listing in case you want to join. Thanks.

That's what I use to mark this week be last week Etc. See my closet as an example. You can tell what I listed this week vs last week because the icon changes. You have to search it by just in.

divineduchess @mycjcloset. Here's my group. We are only M-F but anything you list over the weekend counts toward the next week. Since doing this group since about June I have seen a significant growth in my sales. I try and list 50 new every week (I don't always make it) but I am now selling over 100 items a month. divineduchess @shopguiltfree Here is the page that has the directions. Basically you sort by JUST IN (on your phone) up and down arrows on right. Then you share the first 5 items, then repeat. So 1,2,3,4,5 then 1,2,3,4,5. For winners who have extra shares, just continue down their list of items til you get to the 15, 17 or 20 number. Does that make sense?

divineduchess @blueb1rds Counting Calories. Staying around 1400 a day. I use myfitnesspal to track my progress. I started with low carb March 1, but then I was diagnosed with diabetes on May 3 so I have lost 18 pounds since May 3. (14 prior to that) and I have to eat more carb now or my blood sugar gets out of whack. I am wearing dresses I haven't worn in probably 5 years. It's awesome.

blueb1rds That is such good news. I worked in a lab for some internal med/diabetes docs and have run lots of tests. I remember now when you received that news, but as you know increased activity and diet can reverse that process. My husband carried mail 10 miles a day and after several years took a mounted route, and he presented with high hgb A1c because or decreased activity so now watches his diet and takes metformin.

I was hoping to be more involved but the "things of life" just get in the way of poshing. There is always hope that things will improve. divineduchess @rosemcnab It is self report. We used to use an icon weekly but some people thought it was a pain. I do monitor it though as you can tell who has listed new daily when sharing or not. For the most part people are honest about it. The goal really isn't who has the most but is a goal to encourage more listings because more listings = more sales = more cash!

nativegypsyj @divineduchess hello! I personally liked the challenge aspect of this group. Something about competition gives more motivation I think. Last week Posh was so horrible! I saw a decrease in traffic MAJORLY. I've chatted with quite a few regular sellers, and they've ALL seen a decrease in sales and likes. That being said, this week has very slowly started picking up. We can't quit now...I feel we're all in for major sales if we stick it out.

dixieming Hi ok so I have sold a total of 2 items all week & 1 was on another site & ridiculous prices. Sales are terrible &traffic not so great either. Am trying to mix it up a bit & revamping. Not sure what to do with all the Boutique items that never sold which are pretty well winter. However I am still hyping to continue. Re: the format I sometimes can’t find the list of people & hope I don’t miss anyone.

Posting and sharing are definitely strategies to improve sales; the motivation to encourage us to post is very supportive. I try to participate on days that I know I have time to post.

peace_out_babe For me, I like both formats. But they eat seem to have different objectives and also have to take a different amt of time to host. Personally I like to share more than 10 and usually do 20. The List It format has the encouragement to get our butts busy and list! Two groups; love them both!
