Jewel encrusted filigree belt buckle / clasp signed Stanley Hagler NYC Woven stretch belt The stretch belt is in fair condition with some stains through out but still stretchy. The clasp is missing 2 blue glass rhinestones on one side. All the other stones seam to be in place The signature cartouche looks glued on, not soldered, Perhaps that is correct for this piece. 27.5” x 1.5” Stretches up to about 30” max.
