St. John Collection Dark Red Wool-Blend Pencil Skirt Size 12

Pre-owned but in very good condition. Only imperfection noticed is a small pull/tear in the front on the right side (about midway down; see photos). It is not noticeable until the fabric there is stretched or pulled, but I, of course, wanted to point it out. It is not large, but I wanted to be upfront about any and all imperfections. No other marks or damage noticed. Dark red color. Pencil skirt shape/style that is pull-on (no zippers or buttons). Wool-blend skirt that is dry clean only. Measures 15" across hip to hip when laid flat and 24" from the top of the waistband down to the bottom hem. Size 12.
