Beautiful silver tone sturdy earrings with vibrant cobalt blue center shape. Purchased in the 90s. Barely worn. Unbranded artisan-made. Although unstamped, these feel like sterling silver and have not tarnished. Unsure if the blue is Lapis Lazuli or not but the material is hard. Thanks for looking!
