It has three layers with some semiprecious stones in green, some green and some light mint green seed beads, some tan colored heishi style beads, and a silver tone chain. It has a tassel of three different charms on the front with one round textured disc, one star with a clear rhinestone accent, and one rectangle with a clear rhinestone accent. The listing says it adjusts from 15.5-17.5 inches in length, but I can't verify that without opening the package. This item is new in the original package, originally $26.
