Sonja Henie Ice Skater Vintage Composition Doll 16" 1940s

Vintage 16 tall compo doll. I believe she is meant to be Sonja Henie, a famous 1940s ice skater. Jointed at neck, shoulders, and hips. Appears to have a makers mark at the back of her neck but I cant make it out. Possibly by Madame Alexander, but I am not sure. She has an open mouth, dimples, and brown eyes that open and shut. She is dressed in a hand-crocheted outfit with ice skates on her feet. This doll shows some overall wear, including very loose hips (so she will not stand up), and a crack just above her eye.
