Smocked Waist Patterned Dress NWT

The smocked waist patterned dress is fully lined except for in the sleeves. 100% polyester. Neckline is open with buttons. Elastic waist. Dress pulls over the head, no zip or buttons. Lining is olive and stretchy. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. There is some lurex (sparkly) stripes subtly running vertically throughout the pattern. Unique pattern has olive, tan, purple and white. This dress is perfect for so many occasions. NWT
