Small “Neslay Paris” vintage embroidered statement jacket

Wow this one was a very cool find. These are the type of pieces I love to find. Has a very unique design on the front, back, AND both sleeves. The inside lining is a silky shimmery blue so if you fold over the sleeves, it looks flattering as well. Amazing condition with no signs of damage. People passed this one over because it had dirt, but worry not, I washed it and it’s good as new.
