Sleeveless Cut Out Patterned Dress

Upper piece is a cream patterned cut out with a beige backing. The bottom skirt is teal with a see-through overlay. The top & bottom pieces are separated by a black band that hits at the waist line & there is a zipper on the back. The under part of the skirt is 22" & the overlay is 23" long. The top piece is 10" long in the front & 16" in the back.
