Sleeveless Black and White Blouse

Sleeveless black and white blouse from BCX (Macy's). Tailored but flowy fit - perfect under a blazer or other workplace outfits. Fabric does stretch very slightly. Still in great condition - worn twice. Has opaque inner white lining with sheer black/white floral layer over the top. Ruffle detail at neck and down center. Lace cutout in upper back. Smoke-free and pet-free home. Washed twice on gentle cycle, hung to dry.
