Long orange skirt by Topshop. Made of 95% viscose and 5% Lycra. Size 2. It gathers on one side of the hips. And towards the bottom it gathers on the other side. Material is stretchy. Without the stretch waist is 23 inches. The length from waist to bottom is 26 inches
