@fishergirl98 Hello, thank you for checking out my Posh store. The waist line unstretched is 39.5 inches.
When stretched to capacity, it is 49 inches.
There is also a draw string that helps with fine fitting the waist line.

@ashfro my apologies for making sure but the actual flat waist measurement is 39"!? That would make the entire waist measurement 78 inches total! I just wanted to check.
