Size S | Vintage 1990s 90s Green Baroque Novelty Print Silk Button Up Blouse Top

This mightttt be early 2000s. I tried to figure it out but everything I found with the same print wasn’t dated, though they were almost all at least described as vintage. Now, I have a friend who’s fairly well versed with designer stuff though — especially 80s and later — and he thinks it’s either 1990s or early 2000s. Label: Louis Feraud - Note the label also indicates this was part of a set, but I only found this piece. ESTIMATED SIZE: S (Small) - This is what it’s *intended* for — as it’s marked a US size 6 — but it can work for size M gals too. MEASUREMENTS: Bust, waist, and hips: 42” Armscye: 17” Shoulder to shoulder: 17.5” Sleeve: 9” Shoulder to hem: 24” CONDITION NOTES: - Shoulder pads look like they may be a later addition. However, I wouldn’t be surprised if the blouse had some originally that were removed.
