Never worn! I bought this for a trip to LA but never ended up wearing it. Lovely, silky mini skirt in a retro 70s floral print. Feels super silky-soft and luxe! Fully lined. Zipper closure. 100% polyester. Approx. 13.5" across the waist while flat (fits well on me, a size 27!). Approx. 16.5" from top to hemline. Size Medium.

amyseasalt @mai2180 It's Altar'd State, and measures approximately 13.5-14" across the waist flat (fits well for a size ~27/28). Just uploaded pictures of both the tag and the waist measurement!
