This caught my eye, but I see its size 6 😕. I wear 10, 12. If it is very full and the waist stretches a lot, maybe? What are the flat measurements at waist and hip?

@ellereard thank you for inquiring, I will get those measurements to you when I get home...I can try to measure waistband at full stretch too just so you have a better idea...

@ellereard flat measurement at hips is 18” ( not very stretchy material but skirt is full, flowy)) measurement at waist is 13.5” un-stretched approx 18.5” stretched out. I put the measurements for the other skirt on the listing just now also.
