Short lace Bebe strapless dress. Size 10 (runs small)

Bebe black lace strapless dress. Nude under layer and lace are completely attached (sewn together). Top does have an under wire bra-type support and is padded. Side zip. Size 10, but runs small. (As most of the Bebe brand did at the time) very slight snag on the side (see 3rd picture). Please let me know if you have sizing questions!
