Short, Flowy Old Navy Skirt - Worn Once

Very comfy Old Navy skirt, I have only worn once years ago and it has been sitting in my closet since. Lots of elastic in the waist so it fits comfy and snug around the middle and then is more flowy around the thighs and stops above the knees. The skirt can be worn high or low on waist and can be worn with a crop top or long shirt tucked into the skirt, either looks cute! Looks best paired with a green, blue, black or white shirt
