Short Cotton blend Jacket Blazer dark royal blue

This cute jacket is a dark royal blue with a geometric pattern. Made of 56% cotton, it has unique sleeves built-in at the shoulder with 2 seams on the underside. It measures 34" in the chest area and is about 17" long. The tag says to dry clean the garment, but it may have been washed with no issues as a result. Does anyone recognize the logo on the tag? There is an extra button available that could be pinned to a scarf.
