This dress was an absolute hit at the competition, and I received more compliments than ever when I was wearing it!

hauteheatherly @athenarychelle yes it could absolutely be taken in by a seamstress, if need be. I had it taken in to fit my measurements 34-inch bust and 26-inch natural waist (smallest part of stomach/torso). It is a Sherri Hill Couture and was purchased from a pageant gown store. I have not yet see anything like it, so I think it may be one of a kind.
