lizpearson26 measuring at the very top of the boot, 14". Five inches down from top is 13". Hope that helps

lizpearson26 @joceyjjj just added photos of interior - some deterioration near ankle area. I bought these boots about 6 years ago, nordstrom rack. Wore them once so im surprised they deteriorated! I just assumed they were real suede but now im guessing they arent. Otherwise why the breakdown inside. Hope that helps
