This pretty lightweight summer floral dress by Shein has never been worn. Its bright gold and blue floral pattern is set off on the white background of this dress. The tags on this dress were taken off, and it is in perfect unused condition. Ruffled arm and neck openings and a ruffled tier skirt add that special feminine touch.
