New without tags. Not worn. Didn't work out. I ordered size large but these were not large enough for my labadors. These are more of the size of a poodle of beagle in my opinion. I took measurements with a ruler of that tells you anything. Comes with both costumes. Super cute. Fun for dress up. It is easy to put on and off and is lightweight enough to be worn for extended periods of time. Easy to take on and off with Velcro.
