Sam Edelman strappy black dress with feather trim. Gorgeous dress for party or event. Size 8. Approximate flat measurements are: 17” armpit to armpit 15” across waist 34” shoulder to hem 19” waist to hem 95% polyester 5% spandex. Dry clean only. New with tags, but has a loose thread under one armpit, as pictured, that doesn’t seem to affect structural integrity.
