tayceeapparel @giiinamariiie_ Yes I understand your frustration, as I would be as well. I wish there was something more I could do. I never wore the hat but received it as a gift from my aunt and there wasn't any tags when I receive it as well :/ When I tried it on, My head fit fine with where it was adjusted and to be honest I didnt even look or re-adjust it. I will be sure to try to be more descriptive in my future posts! Thanks for the feedback <3
