luluballoo @rachelgadirli Hi! The straps and hardware are in great condition! The leather is glazed, kind of distressed, so there are some light marks on the inside flap which are normal for this leather. All the wear is normal for the bag and the bag is in amazing condition! It is stunning in person, pics don't do it justice. Let me know if you want me to take any extra pics of specific areas of the bag.
