aggies2x @shung715 This skirt is an extra small size 2. The waist measures 14 inches flat so double that for 28 inches. If you take one of your skirts that you like, lay in the bed or table and measure it across the waist to get its flat measurement -- it will give you a good idea for the fit of this skirt. :) You can see on the stock photo that the skirt does not sit at the smallest measurement of your abdomen. :)
