Has exterior twist lock clasp with signature enamel Kate Spade New York logo. Inside is polka dot fabric with two open pockets and one zippered pocket with designer stamp in gold, both trimmed in tan leather. There is one tiny stain on one of the inside pockets and ghosted marks under the twist lock, but otherwise PRISTINE!
