sofewdo @rxblonde you'd have to call the prepaid carrier and ask if they offer SIM cards...also I don't know what that other question means.

sofewdo @shambalkis he had his t mobile SIM card in it and it was only half-working but when he put his AT&T SIM card in it (the other, newer one wasnt working so he used this one for a day after he switched plans) it worked beautifully! it was straight from the apple store.

shambalkis I understand what you are saying but there has to be an original carrier, like AT&T, Verizon, sprint. If you go to settings on the phone and then about it will say the original carrier on the phone. Can you check and LMK I need to make sure its originally AT&T, hope you understand and you can check and let me know...thanks
