Not to long ago I was told by medical professionals that running would likely no longer be a sport for me. My sister would send me the third photo and remind me that we women have amazing bodies with unbelievable healing powers. Been a long heartbreaking recovery process but she was RIGHT. I'm running a marathon this Sunday and its a long 26 miles! My family will be there following me through, my explicit bad ass music will be exploding and I will be thinking about all of you amazing women 👯

camposcc @vivacouture isn't the worst when you really love something and the user is not active (Bah) (Gah) (Wah) ! I'm feeling pretty incredible that I didn't have to run during my lunch ... I used my lunches to run and then of course you know I used my weekend mornings to run. I feel incredible that I'm eating cookies as I type. I'm free from running duties and the soreness will all go away! Saw the chanel booties and love them because they are very practical. uuuugh my likes disaster and trying to prioritize. I'd rather have lunch with you and print these all out in 4x6 sizes and have you help me prioritize. dream dream ... gosh that would be fun!

camposcc @cnguyen25 Thank you - best part about it were my kids! My sister was training with me and then had surgery about two weeks ago so couldn't run. My son last minute decided he would run in place for her so that her record doesn't show as Did Not Finish. So the best parts were seeing him go the opposite way (he's much faster) and seeing my daughter get soooooo excited every time I passed (my husband and her went to different mile markers) and it just gave me that extra ooooomph seeing her big smiles!

augustpinkstyle @camposcc My first ever marathon I was excited but after I experienced how difficult it was to finish🙈🙈🙈 I made sure I got all the rest I can before the succeeding ones! I've only done 3 but I've done several halves which are not too bad. The first will always me by most remarkable one though. CONGRATULATIONS again!!! So proud of you especially since you looked so good doing it❤️👏👏❤️ Regarding the heels, I've just found out that CLs make the tallest heels without being too uncomfortable! At 5 ft tall, I don't have your coveted height so I need all the help I can get.🙈🙈🙈

My goal with this was to celebrate recovery and complete a marathon without injury. Did you go to poshfest? how was it? I saw some fab photos and everyone looked soooo great!
