NWOT. But I do have the original package (as pictured). Tortoiseshell button embellishments and a side zipper. Brand new, never worn. Purchased online from SHEIN (no brand listed, made in China) lightweight, sized very small. Size on tag is L, but I would consider this is a S/M in American sizes.
