Brand new in the bag! Pattern is called Swiss.dot or clip dot. You’ll notice that the little dots are kind of fuzzy and fluffy. The front bodice and down to the knees is lined so it’s not see-through. The back upper section and the ruffle trim on the bottom is not lined. Sleeves have two rows of ruffles that match the bottom ruffle. There is a strip of lace that runs down the center between the breast. Closes in back with a zipper.
