shopwithada @jramos300 Hi! Waist measurements are listed in the description & title. I can measure hip according to wear they would be the widest, but that may not hit exactly where your hips fall.

shopwithada @amb33333r Hi! It will fit a size 28" waist. Every brand makes jeans using their own sizing when they use an alternative numbering method so a size 10 by one brand can vary vastly from another. The measurements are in the title and description, hope that helps.
