@ayakahjr Hi! It cinches right underneath the chest. The cinch stretches to 19' when pulled. The bust area is roomy but it works for well if your small in the chest area too. The full length of the dress is 34' and its 18' from the cinch. It's a Medium so it will fit an 8 to a 10. The style makes it hard to measure. The cinch helps if you need the room but it looks good on any body type...very versatile. Hope that helps😊
