S Elle Purple and Black Dress with Ruffle

Elle Purple and Black contrast dress with ruffle detail on one shoulder. Skirt is a purple lace print on a spandexy material. Elastic waistband. Size small, but very stretchy. I am normally a XL and it fit me fine.
