size medium but IS stretchy even though it has a zipper. i normally do not purchase zip up skirts or dresses cause they never fit well but this was surprisingly buttery soft faux suede with a nice stretch. such a cute skirt. perfect for moody fall looks. seller note: wardrobe #9
