The item is a Russ Berrie Spring Recital Switch Plate Cover. It is made of ceramic and is blue. 4” wide snd6.5” tall It features a ballet dancer design and is hand-painted. It is designed to cover a standard light switch. It is vintage from the 1990’s and is new never sold or used. This is retired stock from my specialty toy store always maintained in a climate controlled non-smoking environment. It can be installed with screws, which are included.
