Elegant, emerald green creped blouse. Black trim around the neck, with a single black button at the top of the neckline. Ruffled sleeves, drawn in with a single thin band of elastic at the bottom of each sleeve. Light, airy, billowing fabric makes this blouse perfect for summer!
