Royal blue cowl neck sweater, size 1X

This lightweight cowl neck sweater is a heathered royal blue color with a drawstring at the neck and slits on the sides. The material is a soft polyester, rayon, spandex blend with good stretch and it’s new without tags from a boutique. It measures about 27” from underarm to underarm and about 30” in length. D7
