Royal Albert Old Country Roses Candleholder-A Little Garden of Bone China Blooms

Royal Albert launched Old Country Roses in 1962, and it quickly became one of the most beloved bone-china patterns of all time. While the dinnerware line continued for decades, decorative accessories like this floral posy candleholder were produced only during earlier manufacturing runs, making them harder to find today. This piece is a petite garden in porcelain form—hand-assembled china roses in deep red, warm yellow, and soft petal pink arranged atop a scalloped base decorated in the classic OCR pattern. Perfect for cottagecore, shabby chic, traditional, or romantic décor. Small but sturdy, and very much a display-worthy collectible. Backstamp dates this piece to approx. 1962–1973.
