Ross Simons 925 Sterling Silver Blue Topaz and Enamel Frog Ring Size 7

Previously owned Ross Simons 925 Sterling Silver Blue Topaz and Enamel Frog Ring Size 7 Ring has flowers and a frog covered in enamel. There are three small purple stones on the ring. Signed R 925 China Silver is tarnished and scratched Topaz stone is faceted and has minor scratches that are difficult to see. The bottom of the stone has a marking that I can't get off.
