Rose and skull black and navy flare dress

Rockabilly dream dress. 🌹💀🖤❤🤍💙 Day of the dead looking black, red, navy, and white flare skirt dress. Worn only twice so in really good condition. It looks amazing all flared out with a crinoline tulle skirt underneath. Great for looking like a cute pinup girl. Size 2xl in Chinese sizes so more like a 1.5xl. Waist is 33 but stretches to 39. Similar in the bust. Very stretchy lycra blend fabric on top. No belt loops or sash but doesn't really need it.
