Rolla Coster Wrap Effect High-Low Dress - size approx. XS/S

Black maxi dress with a wrap effect that ends in a high-low hem. The shoulders have a cute string tie detail. Excellent condition, however the size and fabric tags are missing. The fabric is a drapey, stretchy jersey, and I'm estimating the size to be XS-S based on my measurements. Bust: 16.5" Waist: 11.5" unstretched, up to 19" stretched Length: 39" at the highest point in the front to 54.5" at the lowest in the back
