Rocky men's work boots

Men's Rocky Alpha Force 8 inch work boots with composite toe. Husband wore comfortably for a couple of weeks before realizing he wanted to go with a size up. There are a couple spots of discoloration, he thinks something splashed on them on the job. Please see pictures for details and condition.
