Rhapsodielle Floral Maxi Dress Black Floral Sheer

Very good condition. Sheer floral fabric. Short slip inside. No size tag. I believe this is a small. Lying flat across waistband is 12.5". Lying flat across under arms is 16".  From shoulder to hem is approx. 54" Please check out the pictures close up. They are part of my description.
